Truly exceptional service.  I especially want to mention Jodie Adamson, Chong Tennacour, and Jesus the service tech.  They all went above and beyond.  I called Jodie and she pulled a part for my daughter’s car and had it waiting for me in the showroom.  When I had a question about the part, I walked down to the parts dept. and she saw me coming and asked if I was John, how about that, she remembered my name from the phone call and figured out it was me.  She brought out Jesus to answer my question, he was great.  He discovered a coolant leak, and recommended a thermostat replacement since it was my daughter’s car and might not keep a lookout on the temp gauge.  Chong walked outside and got my service ticket going while I was still talking to Jesus.  The excellent work was done promptly while I waited, and I feel comfortable that my daughter is driving a safe car.  Thanks to all!

I had a scheduling problem with a prior business which resulted in my arrival at Rick Case Hyundai an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment time.  But the service personnel got to work on my Hyundai almost immediately.  Now that’s what I call dedicated service personnel: What more can I say than “Awesomely exceptional!”
